My home is basically traditional, but this neutral gray-beige piece brought some lightness to the heavier, darker furnishings I already have. The ordering process was simple. The website is divided into intuitive categories. And, finding just the right piece was easy (too easy actually, I found way too many things that I want!).
My couch arrived via truck and was delivered right into my garage. Unlike a local furniture company, I did have to move it into place myself (for which I enlisted a team of helpful neighbors, since this sofa is heavy.) It was fully wrapped and protected, and it arrived in perfect condition.
The couch required very minor assembly, including screwing on the feet (which are in a hidden compartment.) It took about 15 minutes to complete.
