The Time to Breathe Journal Helps You Create Your Best Life

The Time to Breathe Journal Helps You Create Your Best LifeAccording to the WebMD articleMental Health Benefits of Journaling,” journaling can help alleviate stress in several important ways. The simple act of journaling can reduce your anxiety, help with brooding, create awareness, and regulate emotions, as well as encourage opening up to others. Journaling can even speed up physical healing!

As a writer, I know firsthand how cathartic the flow of words onto a page can be. But I had never tried journaling in any consistent, formal way before. So, when I discovered the Time to Breathe Inspirational Planner, Journal and Playbook, I was intrigued.

Where to start? There are many ways to journal. For example, my daughter creates “bullet journals” which include loads of drawings, doodles, and other artistic expressions. (The term bullet journal was coined by Ryder Carroll in his book, “The Bullet Journal Method.” According to Carroll, a bullet journal helps you track the past, organize the present, and plan the future.) The entire process is a wonderful creative release for her. Alternatively, I have friends who simply grab a black and white marbled composition book and start scribbling away. However, for my first real foray into journaling, I felt like I needed something in between these two extremes. The Time to Breathe journal fit the bill perfectly.

This journal was created by a psychotherapist in private practice. Due to the pandemic and resultant isolation of people around the globe, she developed the Time to Breathe journal as an uplifting product that people could use right at home to follow the path of healing, creating their best life.

The journal was designed using her background in psychotherapy and includes proven tools such as Emile Coue’s method, Law of Attraction, Gratitude, Meditation, Breathwork, Affirmations, and more. Each page uplifts and inspires, helps adjust you focus and trains you to become more aware of your feelings and emotions. Most important, as you work through each day, the journal reminds you that life is to be lived and helps you concentrate on what matters most to you.

This journal is a wonderful way to stay mindful, grateful and inspired, while helping you define, plan and achieve your goals – whatever they may be. The spiral bound book includes 200+ pages of space with helpful prompts such as “I am grateful for,” “I choose to focus on,” and “I am excited about.” There are also inspirational quotes and essential daily “to do” lists to keep you on track.

The Time to Breathe journal is beautifully designed and comes packaged in a coordinating gift box. So, it’s not only a gift you can give to yourself, this journal would also make an excellent gift of inspiration, transformation and joy to someone important in your life. I think it’s a thoughtful way to remind the loved ones in your life just special they are.  Retail: $29.99

I thought that my plain ole notepad was just fine, but I’m now thinking differently after reading this post. I certainly like this journal better.
