How to use Pureauty Naturals Sunless Tanner
This product is very easy to use at home – no salon appointment necessary. It’s recommended that you exfoliate 24 hours prior to use. This is important in order to get an even application and avoid any streaking.
When applying, a little goes a long way. Use a thin layer of the lotion and massage in well, taking care not to miss any spots. (Because this tanner creates a gradual tan, any spots that you do miss can easily be corrected with repeated use, unlike the one-time application of a “spray tan.”)
Unlike some others I have tried, this sunless tanner does not leave any kind of residue. And, it dried quickly, so you can get dressed and get on with your day.
The result is radiant, natural looking color that you can add to as needed. There’s no orange-y hue and none of the dreaded “drip marks” that are the result of an inexpert application by salon professionals.
To avoid too much fading, you will need to reapply occasionally. (Some fading is normal, but salt water and chlorine seem to hasten the process.)
