Trouser socks by Berkshire Hosiery are a fall staple

Berkshire Hosiery (already my go-to for stockings and tights) has a wonderful selection of trouser socks that are cute, comfortable, and perfect for work. From oversized knit cardigans, to sumptuous textures such as corduroy and velvet, fall clothes make me want to snuggle up in front of a roaring fire… and never leave! In the Mid-Atlantic, fall comes on fast, making pastel patterns and lightweight summer clothes look inappropriate just weeks after Labor Day. So, I spent the past weekend rummaging through the closet in search of some “bridge” items, including neutral wool blend trousers, trouser socks, and menswear-inspired suede loafers.

No fall wardrobe would be complete without a pair of trusty loafers. These go-anywhere shoes look great for work and weekend, paired with anything from a dress-up pant, to jeans. But, finding the right trouser socks is essential.

For weekend wear, a traditional argyle pattern is wonderful. But, for work, a slightly more dressy option is essential. And, Berkshire Hosiery (already my go-to for stockings and tights) has a wonderful selection of trouser socks that are cute, comfortable, and perfect for work.

Berkshire Hosiery’s “comfy cuffs” are the perfect answer if you need knee socks or trouser socks all day. These socks actually stay up without cutting off the circulation or leaving a deep groove in your calf at the end of the day!

Berkshire Hosiery (already my go-to for stockings and tights) has a wonderful selection of trouser socks that are cute, comfortable, and perfect for work. The secret is the 89% Nylon and 11% Spandex blend. It provides just the right amount of “give,” without having your socks fall down about your ankles after a few hours.

Plus, they are available in both regular and plus sizes, ensuring the most comfortable fit ever. They even have a very small, very neat seam at the toe, making them perfect for all day walking, with no irritation.

Two of my personal faves this fall are the Berkshire Comfy Cuff Herringbone Style and the Cable Knit style in black. Both provide a more sophisticated twist on classic patterns.  Also, the designs are subtle, so these trouser socks work with solids or fall’s popular patterned pants such as houndstooth check and paisley.

The Herringbone and Cable Knit trouser socks retail for $7.00 per pair or just $12.00 for two. Plus, Berkshire Hosiery offers a trousers socks and other options such as compression socks and traditional knee highs in a wide selection of colors and styles.
