My son is a full-time college student, but he also works part-time at a trendy martini bar and restaurant in the area. His work “uniform” is a stylish all black button down shirt, dress pants, shoes and belt.
Keeping him in appropriately clothed for work can be challenging (black fades quickly in the wash!). But recently, I received a promotional sample of the gorgeous black belt, pictured from Buyreal. This is the second belt we have tested from Buyreal and I actually think my son likes it even more than the first one because it is the perfect belt for work.
The belt is wonderful quality. At 1.3” wide, it is also a good mid-range width — not too trendy and wide, or too narrow. This is a belt that will stay in style forever.
The leather has a cool, overall texture to it, so it doesn’t show fingerprints or any marks. And, the edges are finished beautifully.
The buckle is a simple, single prong. Again, nothing too trendy that will feel dated in a year or two. And, the buckle itself feels very sturdy (he had a reversible one break, so this is important, especially at work!).
It also fits true to size. He is a 32” waist and the 36” belt is a perfect fit.
I think that the price is right on target, too. It is less than many of the belts I have purchased in the past. For example, at Macy’s, two belts that have a similar look to the Buyreal belt are the Fossil Brody Leather Belt ($35.00) and the Polo Ralph Lauren Vachetta Leather Belt ($51.99).
The belt is available in a wide range of sizes including 34, 36, 40, 44, 48 and is also available in brown.
The List Price is $39.98, but with Amazon Prime, you can purchase this belt for just $18.99. To shop, visit Amazon.
