Adovia Sulfur Soap: Banish blemishes for Good

Adovia Sulfur Soap: Banish blemishes for GoodIf you could simply wash away skin eruptions, blemishes, and clogged pores, you would, right? Using Adovia Sulfur Soap isn’t quite that easy, but simply washing your twice a day with this new sulfur soap will make a huge difference!

Sulfur has been recognized as an effective method to treat acne and other skin inflammations for thousands of years. Sulfur not only helps reduce oiliness, but also prevents pore blockages from forming in the first place.

So, why does sulfur work so well?

According to author and expert Ben Holber in the recent article How Does Sulfur Treat Acne, “Sulfur is what’s known as a keratolytic. When applied, a keratolytic dries the skin and makes for a thinner epidermis …a pimple occurs when your pore is blocked, trapping oil and bacteria within. Sulfur helps the skin shed quicker, thus unclogging the pore and healing the acne.”

In addition to its skin drying properties and the ability to create a thinner epidermis, sulfur also has antimicrobial and anti-fungal qualities, important in the treatment of acne and blemishes.

Holber says, “This means the sulfur can kill the acne-causing bacteria that is trapped within your pore. Basically, the sulfur helps open the pore and then helps minimize the bacteria inside.”

Sulfur isn’t the only active ingredient Adovia’s Sulfur Soap. In addition to a 3% sulfur content, the soap also contains Olive Oil and Aloe Vera extract to ensure that skin stays soft, supple, and moisture levels stay balanced.

But, the most important ingredients are the unique minerals harvested from the Dead Sea. The Dead Sea has been renowned since ancient Roman times for its health and beauty enhancing properties. In fact, the remains of Roman spas nearby are clear evidence that the Dead Sea has long been revered for its therapeutic and beauty-enhancing benefits.

I have never tried Sulfur soap before but I’m very intrigued. My skin has never been great. I thought you got to leave pimples behind along with puberty… guess not. 🙂

The first thing I think of when I hear sulfur is rotten eggs. LOL! I am hoping that this soap doesn’t have an unpleasant odor. It sure sounds like it would be just what the doc ordered for my husband’s skin. He has every issue you mentioned. Thanks for the heads up.
