Spring is finally here! My heavy coats, wool scarves and boots are packed away for another year and I am anxious to slip into shoulder-baring floral sundresses, breezy printed cotton skirts, and sassy flats in every hue.
One of the best parts about springtime dressing, for me, is the ability to ditch the constricting tights, forever-run stockings, and thick socks.
Forgoing tights and stockings for bare-legged freedom isn’t without its difficulties, however. If there is any serious walking to be done, shoes without stockings can be downright painful!
I discovered a remedy to the problem a few years ago with Kushyfoot foot covers. Kushyfoot has actually been my go-to brand for fabulous, winter-weight tights for at least five years. But, foot covers are a trend that I only picked up recently. And, I am so glad I did!
If you’re not familiar with the term, foot covers are sort of like very heavyweight peds. They provide protection when wearing heels, flats, or sneakers, without showing. So, you get that bare-legged look, and none of the pain or inconvenience. Plus, Kushyfoot foot covers have a wonderful, padded foot cushion for the ball of the foot (a real lifesaver with heels) and a heel guard to prevent rubbing.
This spring, Kushyfoot has introduced a new category of foot covers called the “extreme low cut.” This style still provides all the comfort and protection of traditional Kushyfoot foot covers, with absolute minimum coverage.
The extreme low cut foot covers are available as a nude/black combo pack in regular and large sizes in the basic silhouette pictured (Retail $23.97 / 6 pairs), as well as a pretty lace version ($23.97 / 6 pairs).
The Kushyfoot Spring Collection contains 20 different kinds of foot covers, including brand new styles and trendy colors. The entire line of Kushyfoot products, from foot covers, to slippers, to socks, to tights, to much more, is available at fine retailers nationwide.
