The holidays, sadly, are over. So, I have been making a conscious effort to eat more salads and limit the post-holiday sweets. But, diet alone isn’t enough to reach my fitness goals. I am also getting started on a more consistent walking program. Luckily, I just discovered these cute BELE ROY Yoga Pants, so I can actually walk outside in the sunshine, rather than hiding in our basement workout room wearing ratty castoffs from my kids.
These are wonderfully lightweight, comfy yoga pants. They are made from 80% Nylon and 20% Spandex they have great stretch and elasticity, for a wide range of movement.
They are also very well designed and feature a wide waistband with tummy control, which is both comfortable and slimming. Plus, there’s a smart, hidden zipper pocket in the back for keys or a few dollars.
They are also well made, which can made all the difference between a great workout and a miserable one. For example, there are smooth stitches for reduced friction. And, the high-rise waistband and extra long ankle bands ensure that you won’t spend your entire workout tugging at your pants!
Of course, these yoga pants are also incredibly stylish. It’s no secret that I am a little obsessed with all things black and white. And, this geometric design has just the right amount of pattern, which is oh-so-strategically placed at slimming angles. They are so cute, I would put them in both the activewear and athleisure categories, since I can easily wear these dashing around town on errands or even stopping for coffee.
