For unique, hand-crafted jewelry, I love Mimi and Moi!

Mimi and Moi, $44, Ocean blue and green eco friendly hand crafted glass pendant on a 20 inch silver plated ball chainEtsy is the most wonderful way I’ve found to discover new artists and to find unique, hand-crafted items. Since 2005, I have become something of an addict and can easily lose myself down the rabbit hole, searching for one-of-a-kind treasures for myself — and for gift giving during the holidays!

Of course, hand-crafted jewelry from talented artisans is always one of my top searches.  And, one new favorites is Melisa Baker from Mimi and Moi. From hand-stamped charms, to photo charm bracelets, to eco-friendly earrings, Melisa offers simply gorgeous pieces.

Although Mimi and Moi is best known for its customizable photo bracelets, I am also drawn to the stunning glass earrings and necklaces. The glass is actually upcycled stained glass which is cut to size. Then, each piece is soldered by hand and beads are wire wrapped. The end result is a piece that is as individual as the wearer!

One of my top picks is the upcycled blue and green necklace, pictured above. The pendant is 1 3/4 inches and dangles from a 20 inch silver plated ball chain. The color combination, the simplicity of the design, and the quality of the craftsmanship make this pendant a must-have! Retail $44

Mimi and Moi, $47, Etsy earrings, eco friendly jewerly, iridescent, casual earringsThe modern art earrings with geometric rectangles, shown, are another favorite. In light and dark turquoise glass, the iridescent color actually changes as the earrings move! The earrings hang a total of 2 inches long. Retail $65
