Jason Wu: Chic, Summery White

Who can forget the spectacular  one-shouldered, white chiffon evening gown Michelle Obama wore for President Obama’s first inauguration? (If you can’t remember, see it here at the Smithsonian.)

I had never heard designer Jason Wu’s name before, but as Michelle floated across the television screen, I knew I would hearing about him for a long time to come!

Although his stunning designs run the gamut of color and style, for me, ethereal white and Jason Wu will always be synonymous. This season is no exception!

For his Spring  RTW Collection, Wu offers a host of gorgeous options for work and play, but my favorites are his simple and elegant classics-in-the-making, shown in – what else? – white.

This Spring Wu definitely got it white… I mean right!

I’m a huge fan of white and these pieces are beautiful! they are classic and would be worn forever by me, well the second dress shows a bit of skin, but the rest could work for a long time to come
