It’s no secret that celebrities love sequins. Nothing else catches the light so well or reflects the flash of a dozen cameras on the red carpet. This year, the all over sequined dress moved from the red carpet into the real world, with embellished pieces that were easy to incorporate into the average girl’s wardrobe. A version of the sequined tank, short sequined skirt, and even sequined cocktail dress could be found in almost every department store and boutique.
And, no other night begs for sequins like New Year’s Eve! If you haven’t taken the “sequined plunge” yet, tonight’s the night to go for full-out glam. You’ll stop traffic in one of these gorgeous cocktail dresses!
The key to wearing pieces like these is to keep the rest of the outfit extremely simple, otherwise you may end of looking like an over decorated Christmas tree… Happy New Year everyone!
