One of my favorite Spring events each year, the Winterthur Museum and Gardens Point-to-Point Steeplechase, is next month. This is the area’s annual “see and be seen” event, so the perfect outfit is absolutely necessary! And at Point-to-Point, tradition dictates the addition of stunning, Kentucky Derby Inspired Hats.
In addition to fancy spring hats, the event includes a tailgating competition (no grills and burgers – we are talking vintage linens, Waterford crystal and champagne), a parade and exhibit of antique Rolls Royce and Bentley cars, and a vintage carriage parade, in addition to a day of thrilling steeplechase races.
Here are some of my top picks to add a simple but chic finishing touch to my Point-to-Point ensemble. Now, if only the rain will hold off!
