Zim’s Max Freeze Gel is My Go-To for a Pain-Free Workout

Zim's Max Freeze Gel is My Go-To for a Pain-Free WorkoutIt’s no secret that exercise is good for you – good for your waistline, your heart, and even your mental health. Too much of a good thing, however, can get you into a bit of trouble. And, no matter how well your jeans fit, or how happy you feel after an intense workout, absolutely no one looks beautiful or stylish hobbling around with leg pain or hunched over from a sore back… which is why I was so happy to discover Zim’s Max Freeze Gel!

Zim’s Max Freeze Gel is a greaseless, vanishing scent formula that helps relieve pain from sore muscles, muscle strains, and even minor sprains. Active ingredients include organic ilex and aloe, arnica, Vitamin E and tea tree oil. Plus, it’s paraben and sulfate-free.

The gel is so easy to use and you can really massage it into sore muscles. So, after a workout you can get deep relief. (One note: Always remember to wash hands thoroughly with plenty of soap after using.)

I love that it has virtually no smell after a few minutes, unlike other gels. (Nothing is worse than smelling that “medicinal” scent all day – no matter how badly your calves are burning or your lower back is throbbing.)

Of course, the best part is that minor aches and pains disappear almost instantly. My own pain threshold seems to have lowered somewhat as I’ve grown older. (Of course I did start horseback riding again after a 25 year absence, which may the culprit in part.)  But with Zim’s, I don’t have to stay away from my favorite sport, just because I feel stiff after an intense afternoon in the ring.

Zim’s Max Freeze Gel retails for just $9.99 and is available at your local drugstore (Walgreen’s, Walmart, CVS and RiteAid) or on Amazon and is worth every single penny.
