Fall is here. How do I know? Today, the temperature hovered at a mere 50 degrees when I awoke. Bright yellow school buses thronged our neighborhood. And, pumpkin spice latte was the flavor of the day at the charming café I pass each morning. Transitioning to fall can be daunting. Back to school. Back to work Back to… real life?!
