Summer is hard on hair. And, if you color or highlight your tresses like I do, it can be downright brutal. Separately, environmental factors such as pool chlorine, sun, or salt water can usually be combatted. But by mid-summer, the combination of the three leaves my hair dry, brittle, and dull looking.
