Have you ever seen the clouds part, felt a warm ray of sunshine, and heard the angels sing? That’s pretty much what happened the day I found these absolutely stunning equestrian boots by Ralph Lauren. I imagined myself wearing them with every item in my fall wardrobe. I imagined how great they’d feel crunching through the fragrant hay on a local farmer’s hayride. I imagined that I’d be a different person – a better person – if I could take them home.
When I read the price tag, I nearly fainted (must have been all that angel music). But the style! The color! The detailing!
Not to be deterred, I went online to see if I could find a suitable alternative. While these boots are not exactly the same, they are far more affordable, ranging in price from only $134 to $295!
I just might hear a distant harp…
