Snow Day? Tuff Kookooshka has your little ones covered in style!

I first met fashion designer Anastassia Gonye of Tuff Kookooshka while on vacation at the Cape back in 1999. At that time, she had just started her oh-so-stylish fledgling children’s clothing line and was working — literally — from her kitchen table.

Gonye has come a long way from those early days! Today, the popular Tuff Kookooshka line of endearing hats, character coats, scarves and pullovers is sold in fine children’s stores and boutiques throughout the US and abroad.

Her instantly-recognizable pieces are highly sought after for their impeccable craftsmanship, appealing colors, and sweet designs.  All of Gonye’s darling creations are crafted of cozy Polartec fleece produced in nearby Lawrence, Massachusetts. And, they are all individually sewn by local craftsmen using locally manufactured notions.

I’ve highlighted a few of my faves above. But there are so many more options for girls and boys. CLICK HERE to see the entire line of children’s must-haves including the trademark hats that started it all… and, just in time for Christmas.

Snow day? With these charming pieces from Tuff Kookooshka, I say bring it on!
