High Heel Insoles for Pain-Free High Heels

High Heel Insoles for Pain-Free High HeelsThis week has been go, Go, GO! for me. Attending multiple graduation parties, celebratory dinners, and festive BBQs, I’ve been on my feet from pre-dawn to way after dark every single day. Normally, this wouldn’t be too much of an issue, but all week I’ve been running in heels. Shoes – especially shoes that make me taller – are something of a weakness for me (just ask my 6’4” husband!). 5” wedges, pointy pumps, or sassy stilettos, I love them all… as long as I’m sitting down!

Unfortunately, many of my favorite shoes are oh-so-beautiful to look at, but oh-so-painful to walk in. Luckily, I recently discovered Dr. Scholl’s® DreamWalk line. The line includes products specially designed to help make those favorite shoes infinitely more comfortable. From hidden arch supports, to heel liners, to ball of foot cushions, the Dr. Scholls’ line is a real life saver.

Because I love high heels, my personal favorites in the line are the Dr. Scholl’s® DreamWalk™ High Heel Insoles. These insoles are like nothing you’ve seen – they have ultra-soft gel arch support (not foam) to take pressure off of the ball of foot when wearing heels 2” or higher. Relief!

High Heel Insoles for Pain-Free High HeelsDr. Scholl’s® DreamWalk™ High Heel Insoles also have a wicking top cloth fabric designed to keep feet dry (much appreciated now that we are enjoying warmed weather).

Between the gel and fabric, you might think that these would change the way heels fit. Luckily, nothing is further from the truth. Although the gel is cushy and comfortable, it’s also ultra-thin, so shoes won’t feel too tight. Plus, they are cleverly designed at ¾ length, so toes won’t be crowded. Smart!

They are also easy to use. Simply remove plastic backing and attach using pre-applied adhesive.

Available in women’s sizes 6-10. Retail $7.99 at Target. Now that I know I can wear my favorite heels all day, I may have to go shoe shopping to celebrate … just don’t tell my husband!

I recently got to test those insoles and I was very skeptical. I don’t wear heels very often anymore so I don’t have very many wearings yet, but I really liked them. I’m surprised it took them so long. Very reasonably priced too!

I love my heels (I’m short, my husband is very tall) so I was REALLY happy that they worked so well. The coupon helps, too, since I will need multiple sets 🙂
