My storage method, I confess, is somewhat haphazard. Wicker baskets heaped high with everything from eyelash curler foam, to lip liners, to eye shadow palettes, are piled, well… everywhere.
Some Spring Cleaning is definitely overdue! Luckily, I just received a fabulous cosmetics organizer from Lips-N-Eyes. Now I can find my favorite Michael Marcus lipstick or Christian Dior blush in a snap — instead of digging through mountains of pots, tubes, pencils, and compacts!
Not only can I find everything easily, my makeup stays clean and tidy. No powder pops open at the bottom of a wicker basket to make a mess and my expensive brushes maintain their shape. Since cosmetics can often be something of an investment, this is a real money saver!
The Lips-n-Eyes Cosmetics Organizer can be used right on the bathroom counter or mounted directly to the wall (wall mount hardware included). I personally love the wall mount option because my master bath boasts a lovely pedestal sink, but almost no counter space or storage.
This organizer is also versatile, because a special two-part design means it can be separated and used in two ways or combined as a single unit.
When it comes to cleaning, simply use mild soap and water. To remove mineral makeup dust (which seems to cling tenaciously to every surface in my bathroom) or harder-to-remove grime, I used a Magic Eraser. But, avoid abrasive cleansers, solvents, and nail polish remover which will mar the finish.
The Deluxe Model (pictured) is available in warm white or ivory and retails for $32.95. If space is an issue (or if you need a second organizer!) a Compact Organizer is also available for $25.95. Plus, a small, matching extra shelf retails for just $10.95.
Best of all, Lips-n-Eyes offers a money back guarantee for total customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are disappointed with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days.
