My new fave for a glamorous nightime look? Stardust mineral shadow from BA Star!

Be a Star, ChocolateEver since my days as a pageant girl, I have been drawn to all things sparkly. Crystal chandelier earrings? Check. Faux gem-encrusted gladiators? Got ‘em. Beaded evening bags? By the dozen!

Now, I’ve found another way to indulge my glam-girl side! BA STAR Stardust is actually a loose mineral shadow that you can apply sparingly, for day, or daringly, for night.

The mineral shadow comes in a variety of colors that range from subtle, like diamond and bronze, to dramatic like deep plum or — my favorite — chocolate (pictured). Retail $8.75

Stardust can be used loose for just the barest dusting of glitz, or with the special BA STAR Glue-Liquid base for a much more intense look (perfect for stage, dance competitions or even a dimly lit night club). The Glue-Liquid Base acts as a primer under the shadow for a super strong hold!   Retail $8.75

In addition to BA Star’s collection of Stardust mineral shadows, you can also find a complete collection of eye shadow palettes, high-pigment shadows, mascara, liners & lashes, blush & bronzer, lip pencils & gloss, makeup tools, and makeup videos.

A quick word of caution… Glittery shadow, like all of my favorite sparkly things, should be used as a sole focal point. Overdoing it will leave you looking like Mimi from The Drew Carey Show (not a look I want to emulate!).
